Our experience with PuppyLove BDA was incredible. Despite pandemic delays, they helped us find the perfect puppy. From initial contact to delivery, Jeannie, Angel, and the team were supportive and professional. They guided us through the process, provided detailed information, and even arranged a FaceTime call with the breeder. Despite a last-minute quarantine, they ensured our puppy's safe arrival. We're now proud puppy parents, grateful to the PuppyLove BDA family for their care and dedication.

Our experience bringing Mocha home was great! We had a lot of questions in the beginning and Puppylove answered all of them. In the end we found Mocha was the best match for our family. He came just in time to provide companionship during a family members last few days and he continues to be a pillar for us all. We will definitely be reaching out when we are ready to expand our family!

What a rave review! Arrived on a BA flight with my 17-month-old German Shepherd and Puppylovebda was absolutely brilliant! From arranging everything a month ago with Jeannie, who was awesome, to the seamless pick-up at Heathrow, and the patient customs staff who waited despite a 2-hour delay—special thanks to Ms. Sylvia and the gentleman there. My heart is full of gratitude! Puppylovebda is the way to go for flying with a dog. Thank you all immensely for taking such good care of my boy.
